FOOD AND NUTRIENTS




Do you remember the Food Pyramid???


This week we are to study  the six groups of foods and the nutrients they give to our body.


Try to make a balanced diet for a week according the information you can read in this pyramid.

    5:IS A MACHINE THAT DOCTORS USE TO SEE OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.FOR EXAMPLE:IF WE DRINK A LIQUID,THE DOCTORS SEE THE DRINK GOING DOWN

  11. Hi Paco, this is the activity of the food pyramid:
    For breakfast you can have cereals and milk an if you want an orange juice.For the playground, a juice,some fruit or some biscuitss.For meal you can have for first plate:spaghetti with ground meat,for second plate:fish with salad and for dessert fruit or yougurt ah,for drink mostly water.For the afternoon you can have fruit,yougurt or a small sandwich. And finally for dinner soup,rice... what ever you want but it has to be light.And if you want to have a really good balanced diet, drink 2 litres of water

Hi Paco this is the activity of the pyramid food : for breakfast you can have cereals with milk or fruit with a glass of milk.In the playground a fruit or a small sandwich.For meal you can eat in the first plate:macaroni with tomato sauce;and for second plate:fish with salad and for drink a glass of water and for dessert: a yogurt.For the basket lunch:a piece of fruit with a small sandwich.And finally for dinner:vegetable and a glass of milk.And drink much water during the day maximum 2 litres.
